Mbijackpot Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the mbijackpot platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering for or using the mbijackpot platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use mbijackpot's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where online entertainment services are permitted.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited from using this platform under any applicable law.
Mbijackpot reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide the requested information may result in account suspension.

Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mbijackpot. Registration must be completed using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. The use of false names, another person's details, or any misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice.
Mbijackpot reserves the right to verify a user's identity via official documents such as a national ID or passport before processing any withdrawal or special request.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact mbijackpot's support team immediately.
We strongly recommend that users set a strong password and never share their login credentials with anyone. mbijackpot will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the mbijackpot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposits can be made via the payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods available at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the chosen payment method.
Mbijackpot is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to 24 business hours under normal circumstances.
Platform Rules, Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using mbijackpot:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the platform system.
- Disrupting platform operations or compromising the security of other users.
Liability Limits
Mbijackpot is not liable for any indirect losses, economic losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
Mbijackpot reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms stated herein
- Fraud or suspicious activity detected
- False or incomplete registration information
- User's own request to close the account
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the mbijackpot platform are the exclusive property of mbijackpot or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The mbijackpot platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. mbijackpot is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access those links entirely at their own risk.
Mbijackpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the relevant courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes related to the mbijackpot platform.
